200 Euro (K)Einmalzahlung

Bundestag und Bundesregierung wollen mit „Entlastungen“ von Aufrüstung, Krieg und Profit ablenken und die Kritik daran beruhigen. Dafür erhalten Studierende nun 200 Euro „Einmalzahlung“.
Kein Grund zufrieden zu sein!
Globale Deeskalation und eine Überwindung der sozialen und Klimakrise, Frieden und gute Bildung, Wissenschaft und Kultur erfordern mehr Engagement von uns allen. Die zunehmenden Streiks und klaren Forderungen in Deutschland und vielen anderen Ländern zeigen es: eine andere Politik ist nötig und möglich!

Alle Studierenden sollten die 200 Euro Einmalzahlung beantragen!

Alle Studierenden, die im Dezember in Deutschland studiert haben und hier gemeldet sind, haben das Recht, das zu bekommen.

Wie funktioniert das?

Ihr benötigt von der Uni Hamburg einen Zugangscode.
Diesen solltet Ihr in STiNE bekommen haben unter „Studium/Dokumente“. Auch die dort vermerkten Daten sind wichtig. Ihr müsst diese genau so in eurem Antrag angeben. Falls ihr keinen Zugangscode bekommen habt, schreibt an das Kontaktformular vom Campus-Center www.uni-hamburg.de/studium.
könnt Ihr eine erforderliche PIN bei der Uni beantragen (alternative Wege siehe www.einmalzahlung200.de). Dann braucht Ihr keinen Online-Ausweis und kein Elster-Zertifikat. Die PIN könnt ihr während den Öffnungszeiten des Servicepoints im Campus Center ausgestellt bekommen. Dazu müsst ihr einen Ausweis (Perso, Reisepass, o.ä.) vorzeigen. Das Campus Center empfiehlt dafür einen Termin zu buchen (www.uni-hamburg.de/sprechzeiten für „Semesterunterlagen“), wir haben aber die Erfahrung gemacht, dass man auch ohne Termin hingehen kann. Zu erreichen ist der Service Point aktuell Mo 11-13 Uhr, Di 13-15 Uhr und Do 15-17 Uhr (Mi 29.03. 13-15 Uhr ist außer der Reihe auch geöffnet. Evtl. weitere Zeitänderungen findet ihr hier www.uni-hamburg.de/sprechzeiten).
Wenn es euch nicht möglich ist, zu den Öffnungszeiten ins Campus Center zu gehen, könnt ihr alternativ an das Kontaktformular schreiben und die PIN wird dann per Post an euch gesendet. Hierfür müsst ihr dann euren Pass eingescannt mitsenden (bei einem Personalausweis empfiehlt es sich die Nummer zu schwärzen, da dies nicht benötigte und nur für euch zugängliche personenbezogene Daten sind) sowie eine Adresse angeben, an die die PIN gesendet werden soll.
braucht Ihr ein BundID-Konto. Dieses könnt ihr hier anlegen: www.einmalzahlung200.de, indem ihr eure Daten angebt, eure E-Mail-Adresse verifiziert (dafür wird ein Code an eure Mail-Adresse geschickt) und einen Benutzernamen plus Passwort vergebt.
stellt Ihr dann den Antrag, ebenfalls auf dieser Seite www.einmalzahlung200.de Hier gebt Ihr Euren Zugangscode, eure Daten (genau wie in der STiNE-Benachrichtigung) und die PIN ein und sendet den Antrag ab.
Ihr erkennt, ob alles geklappt habt, wenn Ihr eine Bewillung des Antrags per Mail und das Geld auf das von Euch angegebene Konto bekommt.

Für alle Studierenden eine Zumutung – für manche kaum zu schaffen:

Der Zwang, den Antrag online zu stellen, also mindestens ein Smartphone zu haben und seine Daten digital abzugeben rechtlich mindestens problematisch und sozial ignorant.

Wie gesagt: alle Studierenden haben ein Recht auf diese „Einmalzahlung“. Wenn Euch also die technischen Voraussetzungen fehlen, Ihr kein Bankkonto oder keinen gültigen Ausweis habt – geht zum CampusCenter und besteht darauf, dass eine Lösung gefunden wird. Das ist immer möglich!

Besprecht Euch mit anderen Kommiliton:innen und helft Euch gegenseitig.

Grundsätzlich muss die soziale Lage für alle besser werden. Das heißt zum Beispiel, dass wir alle zusammen für „BAföG für Alle“ (staatliche, bedarfsgerechte Studienfinanzierung) kämpfen müssen. Der kommende Semesterstart wird zahlreiche Möglichkeiten dafür mitbringen. Achtet auf Flugblätter und Aufrufe!

Criticise, apply and fight in solidarity for better!

The Bundestag and the federal government want to distract from rearmament, war and profit with „relief“ and calm the criticism of it. In return, students will now receive 200 euros in „one-off payments“.

No reason to be satisfied!

Global de-escalation and an overcoming of the social and climate crisis, peace and good education, science and culture require more commitment from all of us. The increasing strikes and clear demands in Germany and many other countries show it: a different policy is necessary and possible!

All students should apply for the 200 Euro one-time payment!

All students who studied in Germany in December and are registered here have the right to get it.

How does it work?

You need an access code from the University of Hamburg.

You should have received this in STiNE under „Studies/Documents“. The data noted there are also important. You must enter this information in your application. If you have not received an access code, write to the Campus Centre contact form at http://www.uni-hamburg.de/studium.

You can apply for the required PIN at the university (for alternative ways, see http://www.einmalzahlung200.de). Then you don’t need an online ID or an Elster certificate. You can get the PIN during the opening hours of the Service Point in the Campus Centre. To do so, you need to show an ID (passport, ID card, etc.). The Campus Center recommends booking an appointment (www.uni-hamburg.de/sprechzeiten for „Semesterunterlagen“), but we have found that you can also go without an appointment. The Service Point is currently open Mon 11-13, Tue 13-15 and Thu 15-17 (Wed 29.03. 13-15 is also open outside of the regular opening hours. You can find any other time changes here http://www.uni-hamburg.de/sprechzeiten).

If you are not able to go to the Campus Center during opening hours, you can alternatively write to the contact form and your PIN will be sent to you by post. You will need to scan your passport (if you have an ID card, it is recommended that you black out the number, as this is personal data that is not required and is only accessible to you) and provide an address to which the PIN should be sent.

You need a BundID account. You can create one here: www.einmalzahlung200.de by entering your data, verifying your e-mail address (a code will be sent to your e-mail address) and entering a user name and password.

You then submit the application, also on this page www.einmalzahlung200.de. Here you enter your access code, your data (exactly as in the STiNE notification) and the PIN and send the application.

You will know if everything has worked when you receive a confirmation of the application by e-mail and the money is transferred to the account you specified.

An imposition for all students – hardly manageable for some:

The compulsion to apply online, i.e. to have at least a smartphone and to submit one’s data digitally is at the very least legally problematic and socially ignorant.

As I said, all students have a right to this „one-time payment“. So if you lack the technical requirements, don’t have a bank account or don’t have a valid ID – go to the CampusCenter and insist that a solution be found. This is always possible!

Talk to other students and help each other.

Basically, the social situation has to get better for everyone. This means, for example, that we all have to fight together for „BAföG für Alle“ (BAföG for all). The coming start of the semester will bring numerous opportunities for this. Watch out for leaflets and appeals!
